Delivery and Refund Policy
1. Service Delivery
Sanctuary Family Wellness operates as a spa and wellness center with an appointment-based system. All services are provided at our physical location, and there is no product delivery.
Your reservations are scheduled according to the selected date and time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Reservations can be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on our cancellation policy:
- Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- No refunds will be issued once a service has started.
4. Payment Security
All payments are securely processed through Iyzico. Sanctuary Family Wellness does not store your credit card details. Payments can be made using Visa and MasterCard.
