Service Delivery<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Sanctuary Family Wellness operates as a spa and wellness center with an appointment-based system. All services are provided at our physical location, and there is no product delivery.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Your reservations are scheduled according to the selected date and time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li>Reservations can be rescheduled free of charge if requested <strong>at least 24 hours<\/strong> before the appointment time.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Cancellations made <strong>less than 24 hours<\/strong> before the appointment are non-refundable.<\/li>\r\n    <li>If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or canceled, and no refunds will be provided.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>3. Refund Policy<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Refunds are processed based on our cancellation policy:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li>Credit card refunds may take <strong>7-10 business days<\/strong> to appear in your account, depending on your bank.<\/li>\r\n    <li>No refunds will be issued once a service has started.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>4. Payment Security<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>All payments are securely processed through <strong>Iyzico<\/strong>. Sanctuary Family Wellness does not store your credit card details. Payments can be made using <strong>Visa and MasterCard<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>5.
